Carmello’s menu focuses on contemporary offerings that are influenced by classic Portuguese and Italian cuisine. We reinvent our menu seasonally to highlight the freshest fare and locally sourced ingredients and we create fresh new features daily. We offer a selection of 120 wines that pair perfectly with the changing menu.
We store our white wines in a large cooler at a cool 41° F. Our higher quality or “cellar” wines are stored in two separate winerators kept at 60° F. Located at the back end of our dining room is our temperature controlled, beautifully crafted wine room that is home to the vast selection of red wines we carry. Our guests love dining next to the large glass windows to enjoy a view of the selection.
No matter the price range our guests are comfortable with, they can easily find a wine to complement their meal. Our inventories reflect our varying price ranges by keeping a lower stock of the high-end bottles and higher quantities of the low to mid-range bottles.
