Carmello’s Is Entering a New Chapter

Established in 1987, Carmello’s of Old Town Manassas has proudly served the community for nearly four decades. Owned and operated by Portuguese immigrant Alice Pires of Manassas, Virginia, Carmello’s has long been known for its family-owned hospitality, fine dining, and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with Portuguese and Italian influences.

As Alice enters retirement, Carmello’s is beginning a new chapter by transitioning to focus exclusively on private dining, banquets, and special events.

From intimate gatherings of 10 guests to celebrations of up to 100, Carmello’s offers a distinctive setting in the heart of Old Town Manassas for birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, celebrations of life, and other special occasions.

Guests can continue to enjoy the cuisine, warm hospitality, and memorable atmosphere that have defined Carmello’s for generations — now in a more personal and private setting designed around your special event.
